I first worked with Peet Roofing in 2009 when a hailstorm was reported in my neighborhood. I saw Peet Roofing replacing a lot of my neighbors’ roofs, so I reached out and got Ryan Lessam’s card from a neighbor. I gave Ryan a call and he offered me a free roof inspection. Ryan came to my house and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He was able to identify that my shingles had in fact been damaged by hail. After I filed an insurance claim for the hail damage to my roof, Ryan met with the insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster saw and documented all of the hail damage. Following that meeting, the insurance company agreed to pay for the entire re-roof replacement due to the hail damage. The whole re-roofing process, including Ryan’s initial inspection and the meeting with the insurance adjuster, took less than one month. Then again in 2023, while still living in the same home, a second hailstorm hit our neighborhood. I of course reached out to Ryan right away. He came and conducted another inspection of my roof, where he once again identified hail damage. I filed another insurance claim with my insurance company about the hail damage, and Ryan met with insurance adjuster again to ensure they documented the damage. Because of Ryan’s thoroughness, my insurance company agreed to pay for the entire re-roof for the second time. Again, the time from Ryan identifying hail damage to the completion of the second re-roofing was less than a month. Ryan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge about hail is top notch. He really is the best of the best, and I highly recommend him for all of your roofing needs. Even if you are just curious to know if you have shingles damaged by hail, I highly recommend using Ryan from Peet Roofing.

Not only did Alex and Mark walk us through the process, they let us know when to expect deliveries, how long the project would take, and were available for any questions that came up.
